The Big Comfy Couch is a Canadian television series with Loonette The Clown and friends. The series has run from 1992-present, with 100 episodes being made thus far.
The show is about Loonette The Clown and her doll Molly. They sit on an oversized green couch, known as The Big Comfy Couch. Other characters on the show are Loonette's Granny Garbanzo and her Auntie Macassar. Recently, her Uncle Chester also became a character who sends Loonette postcards that are delivered by Major Bedhead. Other characters include, Dust Bunny Fuzzy and Snicklefritz the Cat.
Loonette runs "Miss Loonette's Dance Academy" and also has a knack from speedy clean-ups, which she calls "The Ten Second Tidy." Ping pong balls seem to often create quite a mess for Loonette and Molly to clean up.
